"I met with Martha for the first time about 4 years ago and she has changed my life. I do not say that loosely, she really has. Like many young women I have struggled with my weight my entire life, and during my four years at College I gained even more. "I have been faithfully following the diet that you had planned for me. My
starting weight was 140 lbs. I am now down to approximately 118 lbs which is
well below my target. Actually, I did not think I would be able to lose weight
at all so I just picked a number. I am really pleased that my blood sugar and
cholesterol numbers and well within the normal range. I think I can stop
loosing weight now and want to know what I can increase without putting my blood
sugar numbers in jeopardy. So, my question is what can I increase so that I don't loose any moreweight????? I can't afford more clothes!!!!!!!
