PCOS

Martha has been specializing in PCOS for the past 8 years. She is on the medical advisory board for PCOSA and is on the editorial advisory board for PCOS Pavilion of OBGYN.NET. She writes and lectures on Diet and PCOS on a regular basis.

Martha understands the unique nutritional needs of women with PCOS,  including the mood swings, carbohydrate cravings and difficulty losing weight.  She also understands the frustration that many women with PCOS experience with regards to receiving proper medical and dietary advice.

Martha takes an individualized approach when counseling women with PCOS. No one eating plan is appropriate for everyone. The eating plan must be based on the individual's lifestyle, degree of insulin resistance, medical history and food preferences, etc.

Call Martha for information on scheduling an appointment to receive an individualized meal plan and dietary recommendations.  Phone sessions are available.
